About This Role
We're seeking a 3D Vision Engineer to build computer vision systems powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll develop and optimize 3D perception pipelines, depth estimation models, and real-time visual processing solutions that enhance candidate assessment and matching capabilities. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the full stack—from algorithm design to production deployment—in a remote-first, EU-focused startup.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain 3D vision algorithms (depth estimation, 3D reconstruction, object detection)
- Build and optimize deep learning models for computer vision tasks using PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Work with point cloud data, mesh processing, and 3D geometry libraries (PCL, Open3D)
- Deploy vision models to production with focus on latency and inference optimization
- Write clean, tested Python code and collaborate on code reviews
- Troubleshoot and improve vision pipeline performance across edge and cloud environments
