Agentic Systems Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an Agentic Systems Engineer to design and build autonomous agent systems that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll architect scalable, production-grade agentic workflows, integrate LLM-based agents into our B2B SaaS infrastructure, and optimize multi-agent orchestration for recruitment automation. This role bridges systems engineering and AI/ML, requiring deep expertise in agent frameworks, distributed systems, and prompt engineering at scale.

Requirements

• Design and deploy production agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Crew AI
• Build scalable multi-agent orchestration pipelines with robust error handling and monitoring
• Integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source models) into backend systems with cost optimization
• Architect system prompts, agent reasoning loops, and tool-use workflows for recruitment automation
• Write production-grade Python code with strong testing, logging, and observability practices
• Collaborate with ML/AI researchers and product teams to translate agent concepts into deployed systems
• Demonstrate 5+ years backend/systems engineering experience with 2+ years working with LLMs or AI agents
