AI Agent Architect

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Agent Architect to design and build autonomous AI agents that power next-generation recruiting workflows. In this role, you'll architect multi-agent systems, implement agentic frameworks, and optimize LLM-based decision-making pipelines that directly impact how enterprise talent acquisition operates. You'll work across the full stack—from prompt engineering and vector databases to agent orchestration and evaluation frameworks—in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.

Requirements

• Design and implement production AI agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Develop agentic workflows for complex, multi-step reasoning tasks in recruitment domains
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Write and refine prompts for large language models; implement prompt evaluation and A/B testing strategies
• Architect scalable agent orchestration systems with monitoring, logging, and reliability mechanisms
• Collaborate with product and data teams to translate recruiting requirements into agent-driven solutions
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on LLM/AI agent development
