AI Agent Engineer

About This Role

We're hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that power our recruiting platform. You'll build production-grade agentic systems using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to automate candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement at scale. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full lifecycle—from prompt engineering and RAG pipelines to multi-agent workflows and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune LLM behaviors for recruiting workflows
• Build and optimize RAG systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Write production-ready Python code with strong testing and documentation practices
• Collaborate with product and data teams to define agent evaluation metrics and feedback loops
• Deploy and monitor AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Troubleshoot LLM failures, hallucinations, and edge cases in real-world scenarios
