AI Application Developer

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Application Developer to build intelligent, production-ready AI features for our recruiting platform. You'll work on integrating large language models, developing RAG systems, and optimizing AI pipelines that power our B2B SaaS solution used by enterprise talent teams across Europe. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full development lifecycle—from prompt engineering and model fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring of AI applications.

Requirements

• Develop and deploy Python-based AI applications with production-grade quality
• Integrate large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs) into web applications
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Write clean, testable code with strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Collaborate across product and backend teams to translate AI requirements into scalable solutions
• Debug and optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost in production environments
