AI Business Analyst

About This Role

We're hiring an AI Business Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making at our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll bridge the gap between product, data science, and business strategy—translating complex AI model outputs into actionable insights that improve recruitment outcomes and customer ROI. This is a hands-on role where you'll own analytics workflows, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineers to optimize our machine learning pipeline performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, or data-driven roles at B2B SaaS or AI companies
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries against large datasets
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation metrics, and AI product implications
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and statistical experiments
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and insights
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
