About This Role

Join our AI-first recruiting platform as an AI Consultant and drive intelligent automation across our B2B SaaS product. You'll architect and implement machine learning solutions that transform talent acquisition, working with large language models, generative AI, and predictive analytics to solve complex recruitment challenges. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver AI-powered features that directly impact how companies hire.

Requirements

• Demonstrate 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development or AI consulting
• Build and evaluate machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Design and implement RAG systems, prompt engineering workflows, and LLM-based solutions
• Translate complex business problems into AI/ML solutions with measurable ROI
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and product teams
• Work with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and vector databases for AI applications
