We're seeking an AI Data Pipeline Engineer to design and maintain robust, scalable data infrastructure for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll build ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize data workflows, and ensure high-quality data flows that power our ML models and product features. This is a high-impact role where your work directly accelerates AI capabilities across our B2B SaaS platform.

Requirements

• Build and maintain production data pipelines using Python, SQL, and orchestration tools
• Design scalable ETL/ELT architectures for AI/ML workflows
• Implement data quality monitoring, validation, and error handling
• Optimize database queries and pipeline performance
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams on data requirements
• Document pipeline logic and maintain data lineage
• Work with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
