We're seeking an AI Data Scientist to join our AI-first recruiting platform and drive machine learning innovation across our B2B SaaS product. You'll develop predictive models, build recommendation systems, and implement NLP solutions that power intelligent talent matching at scale. This role directly impacts how thousands of companies discover and engage top talent across Europe.

Requirements

• Develop and deploy machine learning models in production environments serving B2B SaaS customers
• Build NLP pipelines for resume parsing, skill extraction, and candidate-job matching
• Write clean, maintainable Python code with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Query, analyze, and manipulate large datasets using SQL and pandas
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Document models, experiments, and results with clear tracking and reproducibility
