AI DevOps Engineer

About This Role

We're hiring an AI DevOps Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design cloud-native pipelines for ML model deployment, manage containerized AI workloads, and ensure reliable, high-performance infrastructure supporting our B2B SaaS product. This role bridges DevOps and ML engineering—automating model training pipelines, managing infrastructure-as-code, and optimizing resource utilization for AI workloads.

Requirements

• Architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters for production ML workloads
• Design CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Manage infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Monitor and optimize containerized applications using observability tools
• Deploy and version-control ML models in production environments
• Strong proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
