AI Engineer (Cybersecurity)

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Engineer (Cybersecurity) to build intelligent threat detection and defense systems for our AI-first recruiting platform. In this role, you'll develop machine learning models and security architectures that protect sensitive talent data and prevent adversarial attacks on our SaaS infrastructure. You'll work across the full ML lifecycle—from threat modeling and data pipeline design to model deployment and security monitoring—in a remote-first, EU-based team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering with demonstrated model development and deployment
• Proven understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and attack vectors relevant to ML systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
• Experience designing and implementing threat detection or anomaly detection systems
• Ability to work asynchronously in remote, distributed teams with clear communication
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, data privacy regulations (GDPR), and compliance requirements
