AI Engineer (FinTech)

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Engineer to build machine learning solutions that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll develop and optimize AI models for financial services use cases, working directly with our product and data teams to deploy scalable ML systems that drive hiring intelligence. This is a hands-on role combining ML engineering, system design, and FinTech domain expertise.

Requirements

• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Design and implement ML pipelines for production FinTech applications with focus on model performance and latency
• Build and maintain ML infrastructure including data pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Demonstrate 3+ years of professional experience in ML engineering or AI development roles
• Strong understanding of financial services, risk assessment, or compliance domains (or ability to rapidly learn)
• Proficiency with SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and version control (Git)
