AI Engineer (Healthcare)

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Engineer to build machine learning solutions that transform healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition. You'll design, develop, and deploy AI models for healthcare-specific use cases—from candidate matching to clinical role optimization—working across our AI-first platform serving European healthcare organizations. This is a hands-on role where you'll own ML pipelines end-to-end, collaborate with product and domain experts, and directly impact how healthcare talent is discovered and matched.

Requirements

• Build and productionize ML models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Design healthcare-relevant AI solutions (matching algorithms, NLP, embeddings, or ranking systems)
• Implement MLOps practices: model training pipelines, versioning, monitoring, and deployment
• Work with unstructured healthcare data (CVs, job descriptions, clinical notes) using NLP and embeddings
• Collaborate with product, backend engineers, and healthcare domain experts to translate requirements into ML systems
• Demonstrate experience shipping ML features in production B2B SaaS environments
