About This Role
We're seeking an AI Engineer to build intelligent legal document processing and contract analysis systems for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design and deploy machine learning models that extract insights from legal documents, automate compliance workflows, and enhance our B2B SaaS offering for enterprise clients across Europe. This role bridges AI/ML expertise with legal tech domain knowledge, requiring you to work with NLP, document understanding, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technologies.
Requirements
- Develop and train NLP/ML models for legal document processing and contract analysis
- Build production-grade AI systems with Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Design scalable pipelines for document ingestion, embedding, and semantic search
- Implement and optimize LLM-based solutions for legal tech use cases
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate AI models into our platform
- Write clean, maintainable code with attention to testing and documentation
