AI Engineering Manager

About This Role

Lead our AI engineering team at an AI-first recruiting platform transforming talent acquisition through machine learning and LLMs. As AI Engineering Manager, you'll oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems that power intelligent candidate matching, skill assessment, and recruitment automation. You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with team development, mentoring engineers while driving architectural decisions in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

• Lead and grow high-performing AI/ML engineering teams (3-8 engineers)
• Design scalable ML systems and oversee production deployments of LLMs and NLP models
• Demonstrate 5+ years of ML/AI engineering experience with 2+ years in technical leadership
• Drive technical roadmap aligned with product strategy and hiring metrics
• Code proficiently in Python and manage ML workflows (training, evaluation, monitoring)
• Partner with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver AI-powered features
• Communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
