Requirements

• Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic fairness research
• Develop and execute bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
• Conduct literature reviews and stay current with AI ethics frameworks and EU regulatory landscape
• Communicate complex ethical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design ethical guidelines and documentation for AI/ML systems
• Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for bias measurement
