AI Infrastructure Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain the scalable infrastructure powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the architecture and deployment of machine learning pipelines, GPU clusters, and data systems that enable real-time candidate intelligence and matching at scale. This is a hands-on role combining DevOps, MLOps, and systems engineering to support our rapid growth across EU markets.

Requirements

• Design and deploy containerized AI/ML workloads using Kubernetes and Docker
• Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Manage GPU clusters and optimize compute resource allocation for model training and inference
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment and monitoring
• Develop monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for production ML systems
• Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize data pipelines and model serving architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in production environments
