AI Integration Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Integration Engineer to architect and deploy AI solutions within our recruiting platform. You'll own the integration of large language models, RAG systems, and machine learning pipelines into our B2B SaaS product, directly impacting how recruiters discover and engage talent. This is a hands-on role combining backend systems design with cutting-edge AI/ML implementation in a remote-first, EU-based team.

Requirements

• Design and integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) into production applications
• Build and maintain Python-based backend services with strong API design patterns
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database solutions
• Write clean, testable, production-ready code with thorough documentation
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to translate AI capabilities into user-facing features
• Debug and optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost in production
• Manage versioning, deployment, and monitoring of AI-integrated systems using Docker and cloud infrastructure
