AI Product Manager

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Product Manager to lead product strategy and development for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features, working across machine learning, data science, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent talent solutions. This is a key role in scaling our B2B SaaS platform across European markets.

Requirements

• Demonstrate 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building AI/ML products
• Define and communicate clear product vision and roadmap based on user needs and technical feasibility
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with ML engineers, data scientists, and backend teams
• Use data analytics and user research to validate hypotheses and iterate on product features
• Write clear technical PRDs with acceptance criteria, success metrics, and user stories
• Understand LLM capabilities, limitations, and practical applications in enterprise software
