About This Role

Join our AI-first recruiting platform as an AI Research Engineer and drive innovation in machine learning systems that power talent matching at scale. You'll design, prototype, and deploy cutting-edge AI models for resume parsing, candidate ranking, and intelligent job recommendations in a B2B SaaS environment. This is a hands-on role where research directly impacts product and you'll collaborate with product engineers to translate research into production systems.

Requirements

• Develop and evaluate machine learning models for recruitment use cases (NLP, ranking, classification)
• Write production-quality Python code with emphasis on reproducibility and testing
• Design experiments, run ablations, and track metrics using MLOps tools
• Collaborate with product engineers to deploy models and monitor performance in production
• Stay current with recent ML research and evaluate applicability to recruitment domain
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team technical documentation
