AI Solutions Architect

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for our B2B SaaS recruiting platform. You'll architect end-to-end AI systems, from LLM integration and RAG pipelines to recommendation engines, working closely with product and engineering teams to solve complex hiring challenges at scale. This is a pivotal role for someone who bridges AI research with production systems in a fast-growing, AI-first environment.

Requirements

• Design and architect production-grade AI/ML systems with proven experience deploying LLM applications
• Demonstrate deep expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model optimization
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Lead technical evaluations of foundation models and design scalable inference pipelines
• Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions and mentor engineering teams on AI best practices
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search implementations
