AI Strategy Manager

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Strategy Manager to shape the product and go-to-market direction of our AI-first recruiting platform. In this role, you'll translate emerging AI capabilities into competitive advantages, manage cross-functional initiatives that integrate LLMs and ML models into our B2B SaaS offering, and define the strategic roadmap for AI-powered features that drive customer value and retention. You'll work directly with engineering, product, and sales to identify market opportunities, evaluate new AI technologies, and ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge of AI-driven talent acquisition.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise evaluating and deploying LLMs or generative AI in production environments
• Strong understanding of recruiting/HR technology landscape and customer pain points
• Proven track record translating AI capabilities into compelling product and business value
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders (C-suite, sales, customers)
• Experience in B2B SaaS product strategy and competitive positioning
