AI Technical Program Manager

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives at our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML features, coordinate between engineering, product, and data teams, and ensure our intelligent talent matching solutions ship on time and with measurable impact. This role bridges technical depth and program management excellence in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrate 4+ years of program management or technical product management experience in AI/ML-driven products
• Own technical program delivery across cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product)
• Communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align on success metrics
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with ML model evaluation, A/B testing, and measurement frameworks
• Fluency in Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools
