AI Voice Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Voice Engineer to design and optimize voice AI systems powering our next-generation recruiting platform. You'll own the full lifecycle of voice intelligence features—from model selection and fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring—working with cutting-edge speech recognition, natural language understanding, and voice synthesis technologies. This is a high-impact role where your technical decisions directly improve how thousands of recruiters and candidates interact with our platform.

Requirements

• Develop and deploy speech-to-text, voice synthesis, or conversational AI systems in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers)
• Strong understanding of audio signal processing, acoustic models, or voice feature extraction
• Experience optimizing AI models for latency, accuracy, and cost in production SaaS applications
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product and data science teams
