AI Workflow Automation Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an AI Workflow Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll build scalable workflows that leverage LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks to enhance our B2B SaaS product, directly impacting how recruiters discover and engage top talent. This is a hands-on role combining software engineering with AI/ML expertise in a fast-moving growth-stage startup.

Requirements

• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using Python and orchestration tools (Airflow, Temporal, or equivalent)
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and external APIs into production systems with scalability and reliability
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for domain-specific automation
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Collaborate with product and data teams to translate requirements into robust automation solutions
• Deploy and monitor workflows on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
