Applied Machine Learning Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an Applied Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy production ML systems that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own end-to-end ML pipelines—from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and serving—directly impacting how thousands of companies discover top talent. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to translate recruiting challenges into scalable ML solutions.

Requirements

• Build and deploy machine learning models in production Python environments
• Design feature engineering pipelines and optimize model performance metrics
• Write clean, testable code with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn)
• Query and manipulate data using SQL for exploratory analysis and training
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to define ML requirements and success criteria
• Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML systems
• Demonstrate 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or related roles
