About This Role

We're seeking an Applied Research Scientist to drive innovation in AI-powered recruiting. You'll translate cutting-edge ML research into production systems that transform how companies hire, working on real-world problems in candidate matching, skill assessment, and talent intelligence. This is a hands-on role where research directly impacts our B2B SaaS platform serving enterprise clients across Europe.

Requirements

• Design and implement ML models for production recruiting use cases (ranking, matching, classification)
• Write clean, scalable Python code with proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Conduct experiments with rigorous statistical analysis and A/B testing methodology
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research into production systems
• Stay current with research papers and state-of-the-art techniques in NLP and recommendation systems
• Communicate findings and technical decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
