Autonomous Systems Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an Autonomous Systems Engineer to design and implement intelligent systems that operate with minimal human intervention. You'll architect machine learning pipelines, develop decision-making algorithms, and optimize autonomous workflows that power our AI-first recruiting platform. This role is critical to scaling our B2B SaaS product across Europe, combining deep technical expertise in ML systems with practical experience building production autonomous agents.

Requirements

• Design and implement autonomous decision-making systems using ML/RL techniques
• Develop production-grade Python code with strong software engineering practices
• Build and optimize ML pipelines from data preprocessing through model deployment
• Work with LLMs and autonomous agents to create intelligent automation workflows
• Collaborate across teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and feedback loops for autonomous system performance
