Chatbot Developer

About This Role

We're hiring a Chatbot Developer to build conversational AI systems that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design, develop, and optimize intelligent chatbots that enhance candidate engagement and streamline recruitment workflows. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with LLMs, NLP pipelines, and conversational design to create seamless user experiences at scale.

Requirements

• Develop and deploy chatbot solutions using LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source models)
• Design conversational flows and dialogue management systems
• Write production-grade Python code with strong testing practices
• Build and maintain APIs integrating chatbots with recruitment platforms
• Implement NLP pipelines for intent recognition and entity extraction
• Collaborate with product and ML teams to iterate on conversational experiences
• Optimize chatbot performance, latency, and cost metrics
