Computer Vision Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to build and optimize visual AI systems for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll develop end-to-end computer vision pipelines—from image processing and model architecture to deployment—enabling intelligent candidate screening and assessment features. This role is critical to our product differentiation in the B2B SaaS recruiting space.

Requirements

• Develop and train computer vision models (CNN, transformer-based architectures) for production use
• Optimize image processing pipelines and ML inference for latency and accuracy
• Implement and evaluate object detection, classification, or segmentation solutions
• Write clean, scalable Python code with strong software engineering practices
• Collaborate with product and ML teams to define technical requirements and success metrics
• Deploy and monitor vision models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
