Conversational AI Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking a Conversational AI Engineer to design and deploy intelligent dialogue systems powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the development of NLP pipelines, chatbot architectures, and conversational interfaces that help enterprises automate and enhance their talent acquisition workflows. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with cutting-edge LLMs, prompt engineering, and real-world conversational data at scale.

Requirements

• Develop and fine-tune conversational AI models using transformer-based architectures and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source)
• Design dialogue systems with context awareness, intent recognition, and entity extraction for recruitment workflows
• Write production-grade Python code with strong software engineering practices (testing, documentation, CI/CD)
• Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for domain-specific knowledge
• Collaborate with product and data teams to define conversational UX, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions
• Troubleshoot NLP issues, improve conversation quality through A/B testing and user feedback
