Conversational AI Product Manager

About This Role

We're seeking a Conversational AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered dialogue systems at an AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the end-to-end product development of conversational features that transform how enterprises interact with candidates, from LLM integration and prompt engineering to user experience optimization. This role combines deep technical understanding of NLP, conversational design, and product strategy with the ability to drive adoption across our B2B SaaS platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with focus on AI/ML or conversational systems
• Demonstrated expertise in large language models, prompt engineering, and conversational AI architecture
• Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals and ability to collaborate effectively with ML engineers
• Track record of shipping AI-powered features in production B2B SaaS environments
• Excellent data-driven decision-making with ability to define and track KPIs for conversational experiences
• Fluency in technical documentation, API-first thinking, and integration workflows
