Data Engineer

About This Role

We're hiring a Data Engineer to build and optimize the data infrastructure powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design scalable pipelines, manage data warehouses, and enable ML models that transform talent acquisition. This is a remote role based in the EU, working with a lean, high-impact team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.

Requirements

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
• Build and optimize cloud-based data warehouses and data lakes
• Write production-grade Python and SQL code
• Collaborate with ML engineers and analytics teams to support model training and inference
• Monitor data quality, performance, and reliability in production systems
• Experience with modern data stack tools (Airflow, dbt, or similar)
