We're seeking a Data Scientist to join our AI-first recruiting platform, where you'll build machine learning models that power intelligent talent matching at scale. You'll work on predictive algorithms, recommendation systems, and data pipelines that directly impact how thousands of companies discover top talent across Europe. This is a remote-first role where you'll collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate complex data challenges into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Build and deploy machine learning models in production environments using Python
• Design and optimize data pipelines for training datasets and feature extraction
• Write SQL to query and analyze large datasets from PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model improvements
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate models into the recruiting platform
• Document model development processes and maintain reproducible ML workflows
