Deep Learning Engineer

About This Role

We're hiring a Deep Learning Engineer to build and optimize neural networks powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design and deploy production-grade deep learning models for candidate matching, skill inference, and talent insights—working with large-scale datasets and modern ML infrastructure. This is a remote role reporting to our ML Engineering lead, ideal for someone passionate about translating research into real-world recruiting intelligence.

Requirements

• Develop and train deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Deploy ML models to production and optimize for latency and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable Python code with testing and documentation
• Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business needs into model requirements
• Implement model evaluation frameworks and track performance metrics
• Demonstrate 3+ years of professional deep learning or ML engineering experience
