Head of AI Products

About This Role

Lead the product vision and execution of AI-powered recruiting solutions at a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. As Head of AI Products, you'll drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of machine learning-powered features that transform talent acquisition for enterprise clients across Europe. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from AI model evaluation and integration to go-to-market strategy—while collaborating with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• Lead AI/ML product strategy and roadmap for a B2B SaaS or recruiting-focused platform
• Demonstrate hands-on understanding of LLMs, NLP, and machine learning model evaluation
• Ship AI-powered products end-to-end with measurable impact on user adoption and revenue
• Partner effectively with data science, machine learning engineering, and software engineering teams
• Communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into product specifications
• Own discovery, validation, and prioritization of AI product opportunities
