Image Recognition Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an Image Recognition Engineer to build and optimize computer vision models that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design and deploy image recognition systems that enhance candidate screening and talent matching at scale, working with cutting-edge deep learning frameworks and production ML pipelines. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly impact how companies discover talent through visual and multimodal AI.

Requirements

• Develop and train image recognition models using PyTorch or TensorFlow with 3+ years of experience
• Design and implement CNN architectures for production computer vision systems
• Optimize models for inference latency and accuracy trade-offs in real-world applications
• Implement data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for image datasets
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate vision models into B2B SaaS products
• Write clean, maintainable Python code with strong software engineering practices
