Machine Learning Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy ML models that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the full ML lifecycle—from data pipeline design to model training, evaluation, and production deployment—directly impacting how thousands of recruiters discover top talent across Europe. This is a high-impact role in a remote-first, B2B SaaS startup where your ML expertise will shape our competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Develop and train machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow in production environments
• Design and maintain data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, and inference at scale
• Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing frameworks
• Write clean, testable code and collaborate with backend engineers to integrate models into our SaaS platform
• Analyze model performance metrics and iterate on algorithms to improve recruitment accuracy and relevance
• Work with SQL to query and explore recruitment and talent data for model insights
