ML Data Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an ML Data Engineer to build and maintain scalable data pipelines powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design ETL systems, optimize data workflows, and collaborate with ML engineers to enable real-time talent matching and predictive analytics. This is a hands-on role where you'll own data infrastructure from ingestion through model serving.

Requirements

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments
• Write efficient SQL and Python for large-scale data processing
• Design feature stores or data schemas for ML model training
• Work with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Implement data validation, quality checks, and monitoring
• Collaborate with ML engineers to understand data requirements
