ML Data Scientist

About This Role

Join our AI-first recruiting platform as an ML Data Scientist and build machine learning models that power intelligent talent matching at scale. We're looking for a data scientist who can design, implement, and optimize ML pipelines that drive recruitment outcomes for our B2B SaaS customers across Europe. You'll work with large-scale candidate and job data to develop predictive models, improve matching algorithms, and unlock insights that transform how companies hire.

Requirements

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for production environments using Python and established ML frameworks
• Design experiments, conduct A/B testing, and measure impact of ML features on recruitment outcomes
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference at scale
• Work with SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from recruiting workflows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Document models, code, and methodologies to enable knowledge sharing and model maintenance
