ML Experiment Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an ML Experiment Engineer to design, implement, and iterate on machine learning experiments that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll work on the full experiment lifecycle—from hypothesis formulation and feature engineering to A/B testing, evaluation, and production deployment—directly impacting how thousands of recruiters discover talent. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with ML scientists and product teams to translate research into scalable, measurable solutions.

Requirements

• Design and execute machine learning experiments with rigorous statistical validation
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model evaluation
• Write production-quality Python code for feature engineering, model training, and experimentation
• Develop automated testing, logging, and monitoring for ML experiments
• Collaborate with ML scientists to translate research into validated, deployable solutions
• Analyze experimental results and iterate on hypotheses based on quantitative findings
