We're seeking an ML Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design robust ML pipelines, optimize model serving, and ensure our platform reliably processes millions of candidate profiles. This role bridges machine learning and platform engineering, requiring expertise in both ML systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Build and maintain production ML pipelines and model serving infrastructure
• Design scalable data processing systems handling high-throughput candidate data
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for ML systems
• Optimize model inference latency and infrastructure costs
• Collaborate with ML researchers and backend engineers on system design
• Write clean, well-tested Python and infrastructure-as-code
