ML Team Lead

About This Role

We're seeking an ML Team Lead to build and mentor a high-performing machine learning team at an AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the design, development, and deployment of ML models that power intelligent candidate matching and talent insights, directly impacting how enterprises hire. Lead technical strategy, code quality, and team growth while collaborating with product and engineering leadership to ship ML features at scale.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor 3-5+ ML engineers; demonstrate clear technical credibility and people development experience
• Design, train, and deploy production ML models for ranking, classification, or NLP tasks in recruiting or similar domains
• Own ML pipeline architecture, experiment tracking, feature engineering, and model monitoring in production
• Write clean, testable Python code and enforce engineering best practices across the team
• Communicate ML strategy, trade-offs, and results to non-technical stakeholders and product leadership
• Champion MLOps practices: CI/CD, containerization, versioning, and reproducibility
