MLOps Engineer

About This Role

We're hiring an MLOps Engineer to build and scale machine learning infrastructure for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the ML pipeline architecture, deployment automation, and monitoring systems that power intelligent candidate matching and ranking at scale. This is a hands-on role where you'll bridge machine learning and production systems, ensuring models move seamlessly from experimentation to real-world impact.

Requirements

• Design and maintain production ML pipelines and model serving infrastructure
• Implement CI/CD workflows for model training, validation, and deployment
• Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and system health in production
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to operationalize algorithms
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling for ML workloads
