NLP Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking an NLP Engineer to build and optimize natural language processing systems powering our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design scalable NLP pipelines that process candidate data, extract insights, and improve matching accuracy for our B2B SaaS customers across Europe. This is a remote-first role where you'll own the full lifecycle of NLP features—from research and prototyping to production deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production NLP systems or machine learning applications
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face)
• Hands-on experience with transformer models, embeddings, or language models
• Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals (tokenization, POS tagging, semantic similarity, classification)
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end NLP pipelines from data preprocessing to inference
• Experience with model evaluation, optimization, and deployment in production environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams
