NLP Research Scientist

About This Role

We're hiring an NLP Research Scientist to advance our AI-powered recruiting platform at a critical growth stage. You'll design and implement cutting-edge natural language processing models that transform how enterprises screen, match, and hire talent. Working with large-scale candidate data, you'll develop novel approaches to resume parsing, semantic matching, and skill extraction while collaborating with product and engineering teams to ship models into production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in NLP, machine learning, or related research
• Proven expertise with transformer-based models and modern NLP architectures
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Experience productionizing ML models and working cross-functionally with engineering teams
• Solid understanding of NLP evaluation metrics, benchmarking, and experimental design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent professional experience
