Join our AI-first recruiting platform as a Prompt Engineer and shape the future of intelligent talent acquisition. You'll design, optimize, and iterate on prompts for large language models (LLMs) to power our B2B SaaS platform, working directly with product and ML teams to enhance candidate matching, job description generation, and recruiter insights. This is a hands-on role combining creative problem-solving with technical rigor—you'll experiment with prompt strategies, evaluate model outputs, and drive continuous improvements in AI-driven recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• Demonstrate 2+ years experience with large language models, prompt design, or AI model optimization
• Develop and test prompts across multiple LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Analyze model outputs rigorously and iterate on prompts to improve quality, relevance, and performance
• Collaborate with product managers and ML engineers to translate business requirements into effective prompt strategies
• Document prompt architectures, best practices, and learnings for team knowledge sharing
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness against recruiting-specific metrics
