Reinforcement Learning Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking a Reinforcement Learning Engineer to develop and optimize RL-based algorithms that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design learning agents that improve candidate matching, automate talent discovery workflows, and enhance recruiter productivity through intelligent decision-making systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll take RL models from research to production, working with real-world recruitment data at scale.

Requirements

• Develop and implement reinforcement learning algorithms (DQN, PPO, A3C, or similar)
• Write production-grade Python code with strong software engineering practices
• Design and optimize reward functions and state/action spaces for RL agents
• Evaluate RL model performance using metrics, simulations, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate RL systems into production
• Demonstrate experience shipping ML models to production environments
