Robot Learning Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking a Robot Learning Engineer to build intelligent systems that power our AI-first recruiting platform. In this role, you'll design and implement machine learning models for automated candidate evaluation, skill matching, and predictive hiring analytics. You'll work with cutting-edge reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques to optimize our core platform capabilities and directly impact how thousands of companies hire.

Requirements

• Develop and train reinforcement learning models for autonomous decision-making systems
• Design end-to-end ML pipelines from data engineering through model deployment
• Implement deep learning architectures using PyTorch or TensorFlow for NLP and matching tasks
• Build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure with monitoring, versioning, and reproducibility
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Write clean, production-ready code with comprehensive testing and documentation
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and conduct A/B testing
