About This Role
We're seeking a Robotics ML Engineer to build machine learning systems that power intelligent automation and robotic process optimization. In this role, you'll develop computer vision models, reinforcement learning algorithms, and real-time inference pipelines that enable our AI-first recruiting platform to automate complex talent workflows. You'll work with cutting-edge robotics frameworks and ML infrastructure in a remote-first, product-driven environment.
Requirements
- Develop and deploy ML models for robotic systems using Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Build computer vision pipelines for object detection, tracking, and semantic understanding
- Design and implement reinforcement learning agents for robotic control and automation
- Optimize ML models for real-time inference on edge devices with latency constraints
- Collaborate with robotics engineers to integrate ML components into production systems
- Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous deployment
